Forgot Password

Step 1: Click the "Forgot Password?" Link

Step 2: Provide your User ID

Enter your User ID and answer the Verification Question. Then, click Next.

Step 3: Verify your identity

Depending on the security options you enabled, you’ll see several options to verify your identity. Choose an option and click Next.

Step 4: Reset your password via text message or email

If you selected text message or email, a 6-digit code will be sent to your number or email address. Enter it in the pop-up window and click Verify. That’s it. Click Continue to proceed.

Note: If you selected email and didn’t receive a PIN, check your junk/spam folders. If you still don’t see it, click Send New Pin to generate another one.

Create a new password following the guidelines and click Save Changes to reset your password. You should now seen a green confirmation message that you have successfully reset your password.

Alternate Step – Reset your password using security questions

If you selected Security Questions to confirm your identity, answer the questions and create a new password following the guidelines. Click Save Changes when you’re done. 

Note: The answers to your security questions are case sensitive.
