Edit Your myOhio Profile (External Workforce)

Step 1: Navigate to your profile

Click the Account Icon on the top right of the page and select Profile.

Step 2: Edit your profile information

A new tab will open in your browser. To make changes to your profile, select the Personal Information tab to edit your date of birth or SSN. Choose the Email or Mobile Number tabs to edit your contact information. When you’re finished, click Save Changes.

Note: Fields that you cannot edit are grayed out (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Suffix, Work Phone Number).

Step 3: Verify your profile changes

To verify changes to your Personal Information (DOB/ SSN), a pop-up window will ask you to confirm. Click Yes. Save Changes.

To verify changes to your contact information, you will receive an email or text message (depending on what you have changed) with a 6-digit PIN code. Enter the code in the pop-up window and click Verify. You will see a confirmation message that you have successfully updated your profile information. Note: If you do not verify your new email address or mobile number, then no changes will be made to your profile.

All finished? When you are done making changes, close the tab to return to myOhio.
